Enoki - 120 capsules
Enoki is an edible fungus that is of great importance in Japan. Its culture was first mentioned in the late Tang Dynasty in China between the years 800 and 900. In the wild, it appreciates cold temperatures and humidity, which is why it is found in the mountains.
Enoki mushrooms contain polysaccharides. Japanese and Chinese researchers have noted that it is a good component for making anti-cancer and anti-tumour remedies. It is estimated that the abnormally low rate of cancer in Nagano, Japan, the heart of the Enoki culture, is linked to the high consumption of Enoki in this region.
This fungus is also known to stimulate the immune system and is used to make antivirals and antibacterials. It is also credited with lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.
